Stress Buster

Hi Guys Its me again and there is something I want to share with you because I think it might help cover one of the things you go throught with Depression...

One of the things you go through whilst suffering with depression is stress, this stress can be for several reasons. However this new mind based stratagy i have found is graet.

Before we get started there is one thing that I need to tell you which is one of the reasons this statagy works. This is the human brain, the human brain is a very good peice of equipment. Logicly it can only manage so many things in any one time. For example the average amount of things you can think of at the same time is roughly 4.

This stratagy goes down this road.

HERE IT IS.

* firstly find a place you can sit for a few minutes, where you womt be disturbed.

* Try to make the room as quiet as possible, turn off TV, Radio and close any doors or windows.

* Find a comfortable spot in the room and sit down close your eyes and continue breathing.

* Focus on the air flowing up your nose and filling your lungs with cool fresh air.

* focus on your heart beat, feel it inside your chest beating.

* Create a circular breathing motion breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

* when you breath out I want you to focus on your stomach going in.
When you breath in I want you to focus on your stomach going out.

Do this for a few minutes letting the stress and worry go

Now open your eyes and tell me how you feel.
